These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Nuts & Bolts Merge (the “Game”) provided by LittleBigBrain (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment, through the Apple App Store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country). If you are under the age of majority, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms and approves any purchases.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code from the Game (except where law permits); cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, or tamper with game data, purchases or ads; artificially generate ad impressions or clicks; resell, rent or distribute the Game; or use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

4. Advertising

The Game displays advertisements, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game benefits. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content or for products and services they promote. Clicking an ad may take you to a third-party site governed by its own terms. See our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.

5. In-App Purchases (iOS)

The Game may offer optional purchases such as ad removal, starter packs and virtual coins. Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are governed by Apple's policies; please request refunds through Apple (support.apple.com/118223).
Virtual coins and items have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-transferable. They are licensed to you, not sold.
Non-consumable purchases (e.g. ad removal) can be restored on your devices using “Restore Purchases”.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, artwork, sounds, text, levels and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Game progress and availability

Progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you delete the Game, reset your device or change devices. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game or in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $10 if none. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.

10. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop at any time by uninstalling the Game. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows the latest version; continued use of the Game after changes means you accept them.

12. Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and LittleBigBrain, not Apple. By downloading the Game you also agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the extent it does not conflict with these Terms. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it (including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. In the event of a failure of the Game to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any).
