Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LittleBigBrain (“we”, “us”) handles information when you play Nuts & Bolts Merge (the “Game”) on Android. By using the Game you agree to this policy.
1. Summary
- We do not require an account and do not ask for your name, email, phone number or precise location.
- Your game progress is stored on your device.
- The Game shows ads from third-party ad networks, which may collect device and usage data as described below.
- The Android version has no in-app purchases.
- The Game is not directed to children under 13.
2. Information we and our partners collect
- Game data stored on your device: level progress, coins, settings (sound, vibration), and purchase/ad-free status. This is kept in local storage on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the Game.
- Device and usage information collected automatically by ad SDKs: Android Advertising ID (AAID / GAID), IP address (and approximate location derived from it), device model, operating system and version, language, screen size, network type, app version, crash/diagnostic data, and ad interaction data (ads requested, shown, clicked, rewarded).
We do not knowingly collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise GPS location.
3. Advertising and third-party services
The Game uses the following third-party advertising services. They act as independent controllers/processors of the data they collect and have their own privacy policies:
| Service | Purpose | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Banner, interstitial and rewarded ads | policies.google.com/privacy |
| AppLovin MAX | Ad mediation (selects ads from multiple networks) | applovin.com/privacy |
| Mediated ad networks that may serve ads through MAX/AdMob: Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, ironSource, Liftoff (Vungle), Pangle, InMobi, DT Exchange, myTarget | Ad delivery and measurement | See each network's own privacy policy |
These partners may use identifiers and similar technologies to show relevant ads, limit how often you see an ad, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Rewarded ads are optional: you choose whether to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward.
4. Your ad choices
Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), the game shows a consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are served. You can reset or change your ad choices in the game settings when available, or in Android Settings → Google → Ads (delete or reset your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization).
No In-App Purchases
The Android version of the game is free and contains no in-app purchases. It is supported by advertising only. We do not collect payment information.
5. How we use information
- To operate and save your progress in the Game;
- To show ads and measure their performance (through our ad partners);
- To maintain security, prevent fraud and fix crashes;
- To comply with legal obligations.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. Data is shared with advertising partners listed above as needed to deliver ads, and with Google Play for distribution. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
7. Data retention and deletion
Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Data held by ad partners is governed by their retention policies. To request access to or deletion of any data about you, contact us at htnadevapp@hotmail.com; since we do not keep account-based profiles, we may need to refer you to the relevant ad partner.
8. Children's privacy
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data for targeted advertising. California residents can exercise the opt-out via the ad controls above or by contacting us. We do not discriminate against users who exercise their rights.
10. International transfers and security
Ad partners may process data in countries other than your own, using safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows the latest version; continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the update.
