Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Nuts & Bolts Merge (the “Game”) provided by LittleBigBrain (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment, through the Google Play.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country). If you are under the age of majority, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code from the Game (except where law permits); cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, or tamper with game data or ads; artificially generate ad impressions or clicks; resell, rent or distribute the Game; or use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

4. Advertising

The Game displays advertisements, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game benefits. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content or for products and services they promote. Clicking an ad may take you to a third-party site governed by its own terms. See our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.

5. No In-App Purchases

The Android version of the Game is free and has no in-app purchases. It is supported by advertisements. Virtual coins and items earned in the Game have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, artwork, sounds, text, levels and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Game progress and availability

Progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you delete the Game, reset your device or change devices. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD $10. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.

10. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop at any time by uninstalling the Game. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows the latest version; continued use of the Game after changes means you accept them.

12. Google Play

Your download and use of the Game is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for the Game.
